Phlebotomy - (Live In Person)

Starts - Saturday, April 6, 2024 :10AM to 12:30AM (4-6 weeks including testing) Every Saturday once a week. Cost: $1200 payment plan options. Perform proper procedures for venipuncture using all equipment methods, and needle sizes to obtain blood and special collection procedures and processing and preparing specimens for transportation.

Medical Assistant Skills Review Certification Prep- Starts - Saturday, April 6, 2024 1:00PM to :3:00PM (5-6 weeks including testing ) Every Saturday once a week.. $1200 payment plan options. (Clinical Lab Live-In Person with Virtual Live theory may be scheduled by the instructor as needed.)

EKG: Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:30PM - 8:30PM for 4-5 weeks, (including testing). Cost: $1200. Patient Assessment, Preparation, Documentation, EKG Placement Techniques, EKG Recording and basic Interpretation, EKG Troubleshooting, EKG terminology, Heart anatomy, physiology, Heart rhythm recognition, basic interpretation, Patient preparation, assessments and vital signs, Proper documentation, ECG procedures Lead EKG placement techniques, troubleshooting.

Medical Billing and Administration -

Starts- Saturday, May 18, 2024, 1:00PM to 3:00PM, 5-6 weeks every Saturday, Including testing.) $1200 payment plan options. The Workshop is in person and virtual blended. includes: medical Billing, insurance, and medical office procedures, electronic health records.. Certificate available upon completion. The training is Live In Person at our Medstar bldg location..

Healthcare facilities may call anytime for customized training workshops at your medical office, clinic, or hospital location. Covering all States.

Workshops Offered: Practice Management, EKG, Phlebotomy, Medical Administration, Medical Billing, Dental Administration, General Lab Procedures, Electronic Health Records, Vital Signs, HIPAA, CPR and First Aid, Certification Review Classes.

Certificate: A certificate is issued upon successful completion of evaluation assessments for all training workshops.

Cancellation Policy for Training Registration: Upon registration applicants who must cancel due to personal reasons prior to attending the class and start date will be charged 25% of the tuition cost and cancellations on or after the class start date prior to attending will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. Cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to doctorshelp@doctorshelp.org. No exchanges or transfers to another workshop upon registration.

Registration fees and Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Tutoring is available and scheduled upon request for current attendees for private one on one thirty minute sessions at $100 per session.

Healthcare Employment Services are available for healthcare professionals. such as Job Search, Temporary and Permanent staffing referral assistance, healthcare job search counseling, resume development, marketing, and interviewing techniques. This is a fee based service.

Medical administration management and medical billing services are available for doctors offices.
